Valve Test Bench
Valve test benches are used wherever shut-off and control valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, safety valves, globe, angle, two-way and three-way valves are to be tested.
Our Relief Valve Test Rigs are commonly available in a desktop type unit for small valve testing and in both horizontal and vertical configurations. Moreover, they can be supplied with varying levels of automation and data acquisition, including touchscreen operation and wireless connectivity.
Furthermore, We are official supplier of Hydratron’s Valve Test equipment . It can be containerised for portability, too.
Injection Kit
3 Phase Secondary Injection Kit
(Omicron) with GPS (CMC 356 + Test
universe Software + CMGPS588) for End to
end
Model No: CMC 356+TU Software+ CMGPS 588
Make: Omicron
The CMC 356 is the universal solution for testing all generations and types of protection relays. Its powerful six current sources (three-phase mode: up to 64 A / 860 VA per channel) with a great dynamic range, make the unit capable of testing even high-burden electromechanical relays with very high-power demands.
The CMC 356 is the first choice for applications requiring the highest versatility, amplitude and power. Commissioning engineers will particularly appreciate its ability to perform wiring and plausibility checks of current transformers, by using primary injection of high currents from the test set
The CMGPS 588 synchronization unit is an antenna-integrated GPS controlled time reference. It is optimized for outdoor usage and works as a PTP grandmaster clock according to IEEE 1588-2008 / IEEE C37.238-2011 Power Profile.
CMGPS 588 is automatically ready for operation shortly after providing power supply via Power over Ethernet (PoE). The distance between the CMGPS 588 and the test set can be extended up to 95 m / 312 ft by using extension cables (one 15 m/49 ft standard Ethernet cable plus two 40 m/131 ft rugged Ethernet cable reels).
Primary Injection Kit (750 Amperes) MS-2A
(For Circuit Breaker and Overcurrent
Relay Test Set)
Model: MS-2A
Make: Megger
The Megger MS-2A test set is used around the world by several thousand utility companies, industrial plants and electrical service organizations.
Model MS-2A is a self-contained test set that incorporates a variable high-current output and appropriate control circuitry and instrumentation for testing thermal, magnetic or solid-state motor overload relays, molded-case circuit breakers, ground-fault trip devices and overcurrent relays.
Hipot Testers
Hipot testing, in conjunction with earth bond testing (where applicable) form the core tests for electrical safety testing on a production line.
The Hipot test, derived from the term High Potential Test, is a direct application of a high voltage to a unit under test. The test voltage is usually much higher than the usual operating voltage in order to stress the dielectric properties of the device under test.
The test is designed to detect those gaps or clearances between conductive parts and earth (or the product chassis) are sufficient and that degradation, such as pin holes, cracks in insulation and other protection devices have not resulted through production processes and or wear and tear, for example, a live conductor has not accidentally been crushed between the mating parts of the chassis, causing it to become live when switched on.
Breakdown in the insulation will result in current flowing across the test points of the Hipot tester, this current flow is commonly known as leakage. If this leakage current is too high the item under test is deemed to be unsafe and the test will fail
Omicron CT Analyser
CT Analyzer with CT SB2:
Comprehensive testing of current transformers -including multi-ratio types – can now be carried out quickly and easily. With a single push of a button, the tester automatically performs a saturation test and calculates the knee point, as well as measuring the ratio and checking the
polarity of the CT. CT SB2
Model: CT Analyzer + CT SB2
Make : Omicron
Analyze your current transformer (CT) with the push of a button
How CT Analyzer works
- Injects low test signals into secondary side of the CT
- Determines the CT‘s equivalent circuit parameters
- Identifies all relevant CT performance parameters
- Displays all relevant parameters of the CT and its accuracy at different currents and burdens
- Evaluates the CT according to the selected standard
- Determines unknown CT nameplate parameters
- Demagnetizes the CT after the test.
A powerful combination
The CT SB2 switch box is an accessory for the CT Analyzer which allows automatic testing of multi-ratio current transformers. It is connected to all taps of the current transformer and to the CT Analyzer. This allows the transformer ratios of all winding combinations to be automatically tested with the CT Analyzer. The CT SB2 can either be positioned next to the CT Analyzer or directly attached to it. With a combined weight of 11 kg, this testing system is easily portable and ideally suited to mobile, on-site use.

- FTTx-ready: allows for the testing of passive optical networks (PONs) at 1310 nm, 1490 nm and 1550 nm, the three wavelengths recommended by the ITU-T (G.983.3) for PONs
- Cost of ownership: lowest in the industry, thanks to three-year warranty and recommended calibration interval, error-free testing and minimized training time
Dead Weight Tester
DH Budenberg 580 Series Hydraulic Dead-Weight Testers
The 580 series dead-weight tester can be supplied in several different configurations. The series is based around the 580 series base unit which is common to all the different configurations. The base unit provides a pressure source, liquid reservoir, control valves and gauge or piston connections. When the base unit is used with one of the 580L, 580M, 580DX, 580HX or 580VHX piston units the configuration provides an high accuracy dead-weight tester.
